It all began in November 2006 when I was watching Wilton’s show, ‘Bake, Decorate, Celebrate’. I could finally see how the tips were meant to be used but practicing had to wait. I was 8 months pregnant at the time and not allowed to have sweets. In February 2007 I started practicing on cookies and in April I made my first decorated cake. I was immediately hooked and started reading all I could, on the internet, in books, anywhere I could possibly find more information. I had planned on taking a class when my baby was older but never got around to it.
